Cellar

Veronella, a small place in the Arcole village, in Veneto.
Vinification: after a deep selection of the grapes, there a traditional vinification followed by a maceration of 10 days. The temperature is controlled at 26 °C. Then the wine rests for 4 months on the lees and 1 month in bottle.
Notes

Intense ruby red COLOUR with violet tinges.
The BOUQUET is fruity with hints of raspberries and herbaceous notes.
On the PALATE it results balanced and velvety with good structure. Notes of jam and spices. Persistent. Well structured with pleasant tannins and red fruit jam.
