Del Mundo is owned by a registered New Zealand company and operates in New Zealand as an importer, wholesaler distributor and retailer of wine, craft beers, spirits and other related products.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol under New Zealand law. By purchasing through Del Mundo, you warrant that you are 18 years or older.
Returns Policy
If goods arrive damaged please notify us within 24 hours, and we will replace or refund free of charge.
If your wine is corked or flawed in other ways we will replace, exchange or refund the cost of the bottle at our discretion. Please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:
- must be sent in its original packaging;
- must be sealed effectively to allow for return shipping without compromising the content;
- must be shipped back to our warehouse within ten (10) days of the date of delivery;
- must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
- bottles of wine must contain at least half of their content and be sealed effectively utilising the original cork.
NOTE: We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
Availability and Cancellation Policy
Once your order is made it cannot be cancelled. All products are subject to availability: all our products are seasonal and they may run out occasionally. In the event that we are unable to fill your order in its entirety we will contact you promptly to organise alternatives or refund. For faulty or damaged goods please refer to our Returns policy.
Pricing Policy
Del Mundo operates in New Zealand. All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars, and include GST unless specified otherwise. There is no surcharge for credit card payments.

Security
Your payment details are captured online using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts all information to make it secure. When you visit any of the secure areas of our site you’ll notice that the web address begins ‘https’ and a padlock icon appears in the address bar.
We use Windcave to process our online credit card payments. Windcave is certified to the highest level possible under the PCI DDS requirements set down by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. When you use your credit card online at delmundo.co.nz, your credit card details can be storeded by Windcave NZ to make your next transaction at delmundo.co.nz easier for you. Please note that when shopping online your credit card details are not stored by delmundo.co.nz in any way, shape or form. delmundo.co.nz staff cannot access your credit card details at any point during or after the online transaction.
We strongly advise that you keep your password secret at all times. If you believe that somebody may have found out your password, you should change it immediately. Alternatively, notify us at info@delmundo.co.nz and we can suspend your account.
General
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
