Description

Delicate aroma of ripe cherries and sweet spices. Palate rich, intense cherries and berry fruit, good lenght and soft tannins.

VINIFICATION: Leggero appassimento means that we partially dry the grapes, in the same way used for Amarone grapes but for few weeks time only. This drying period gives us a great concentration of body, fruit and taste that is very well recognizable in the glass.
